Shipping Policy for Sabana:

At Sabana Home, we aim to offer the most luxurious bedding your mattress has ever seen with hassle-free customer experience. Sabana Home is pleased to offer complimentary domestic US ground shipping on all orders. 

For all other products, US customers may elect to upgrade their order to 1 or 2-day shipping for an additional fee. Please refer to our shipping options at checkout for details regarding your delivery. We are working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday, as we do not offer weekend delivery.

At this time, Sabana cannot ship internationally and cannot ship to P.O. boxes. 

 

Shipping Processing Time: 

All orders will be shipped 1-2 business days from date of order.

Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends or holidays.

If an item you ordered is on backorder, it will be noted on your email receipt. Posted shipping dates are only estimates and backorders may be shipped up to four (4) weeks before or after the posted date. Backorders are charged when placed but may be canceled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.

Return/Refund Policy:

In order to receive a refund, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item(s) must be in their original packaging and original condition (unused and unlaundered), with all tags and labels attached. Laundered items may not be returned. Refunds for returns are made to their original source of payment.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt, Monday through Friday.
